Trigger the Monday 9am send pipeline manually, or inspect the last 50 digest records. Every subscriber’s status lands here as “sent”, “skipped”, or “failed”; re-runs reuse prior rows via the (subscriber, week, channel) upsert key.

Mirrors the Monday 9am cron; idempotent on (subscriber, week, “email”).

ISO Monday 00:00 UTC. Leave blank to default to last Monday.

Restrict to a single subscriber (operations / testing).

Render + aggregate, but skip the email send.
